Does the building muscle mass is that hard?

D

I am sure that at least once time in your life you thought „Should I go to the gym?”, right? Some of you probably decided to start your own adventure with gym, and some of you didn’t, but that’s fine and below you will find our more why it wasn’t a mistake, enjoy!

All of you know that to start building a mass muscle you must have at least basic knowladge how your trainings should look. If you don’t know basic informations you are going to hurt yourself by incorrect doing exercises. This is not only danger you can meet on your way. The second is low progression (cause you dont know what and when you have to eat, your training is not enough long etc.). Personally I think that the basic knowledge before you start is fundamental, and here is why.
Firstly your beginnings won’t be that hard. Secondly you don’t have to worry that you are doing something incorrect. Thirdly you dont have to ask about every single thing you don’t know (of course, asking people is not mistake but you can just simply avoid it).
As you can see the knowledge is power not only in school.

Now you can ask – where I should start looking for informations?
Youtube, personal trainers (especially) are not reliable source of information. They are only looking for money, they won’t give you personalized advices. Trust me. I don’t blame their, this is their work but at your expense.

What can I recommend you?
I wish that someone tell me aboout this when I started.
Critical bench is reliable source of good stuff and informations. The best thing is that they are not selling only his knowledge for begginers, if you are an expert you can also find something for you. They have a lot categorized information, so if you want to make your ass look better (Girls, Im talking to you) you can find there information how to do that! I can tell you about their stuff forever, but why should I if you can see this in your own home, in your own laptop?

I know that looks like paid add, but listen to me now. Nowdays more people starting with gym and their knowledge is like nope, a lot of accidents happens and it still increasing! Be carefull WHAT AND HOW YOU ARE DOING to protect yourself, our health should be priority.

Here is a link, I hope you will be as surprise as me when I started.

Thanks to everyone. This was my first blog written in other language, my next will be better! 🙂

Introduce Yourself (Example Post)

This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
